Gluten Free Chicken Nuggets

These home made chicken nuggets are amazing, so amazing your kids will ask for seconds. I will list every item as exactly as you will be preparing them. The one thing I hate the most about recipes is that most of them have the ingredients listed , however they are in no order at all. Ok enough from me let’s get to cooking !!!

INGREDIENTS

2 Boneless skinless chicken breast , chop the breast long ways and then into squares careful because you don’t want them to small .

In a small mixing bowl add two eggs, 1 packet of Goya sazon, 1.5 teaspoon of the Goya adobo and 1 teaspoon of cilantro. Mix ingredients well and then add your uncooked chicken nuggets , let marinate for 15 mins.

While your nuggets are marinating omg marinating nuggets sounds fucking funny lol ok anyways pour 2 cups of almond flour (you can also use 4cups gluten free flour which my husband prefers) into a large mixing bowl add 1 half packet of Goya sazon into the flower along with 1 teaspoon of the adobo and half teaspoon of cilantro and mix well. The reason for adding seasoning into the flour is be we need just a little more kick to bring out the flavor.

In a frying pan add half cup olive oil and let the pan start to heat, while the pan is heating up start to coat your chicken with the flour and place it quickly, gently and safely into the pan. Do not have a high flame the almond flour or just gluten free flour alone burns quickly so watch that they don’t start to burn. Leave them on one side for about 7 mins then rotate the same, you may need to add just a little more olive oil so that the nuggets do not burn.

And there you have it gluten free chicken nuggets in about 30 minutes…
