2 TEASPOONS VANILLA EXTRACT

1/2 CUP HONEY

1/4 MINI CHOCOLATE CHIPS – BEST BRAND TO USE IS ENJOY LIFE WHICH IS ALLERGY FREE

HEAT OVEN TO 375

THEN IN A LARGE MIXING BOWL MIX INGREDIENTS AS THEY FOLLOW ON THE LIST ABOVE . MIX BY FOLDING IN EACH INDIVIDUAL INGREDIENT AS YOU GO DOWN THE LIST, BY THE TIME YOU REACH THE CHOCOLATE CHIPS THE DOUGH SHOULD BE COMPLETELY COATED BY THE COCONUT OIL. SPRAY YOUR COOKIE SHEET WITH A LITTLE COCONUT NON STICK SPRAY AND SCOOP OUT A TABLESPOON OF YOUR DOUGH AND ROLL INTO A NICE ROUND BALL LIKE SHAPE. THEN PLACE 4 ACROSS AND MAKE 6 ROWS , THIS WILL GIVE YOUR COOKIES THE SPACE THEY NEED TO BAKE. LASTLY BAKE YOUR COOKIES FOR 12 MINS.
